So I took the plunge and purchased a Kindle edition of Bruce Van Horn’s book on marathon training. I follow Bruce @BruceVH on Twitter and many of his inspirational posts resonate with me. Having run a few marathons back in the day and still trying to put in some occasional miles, I have not had the drive to really stick with a regular routine. As pointed out in his first chapter it could be because I have not yet actually set a goal. I will consider and work on that…..
